This includes scoping and costing funding needs, drafting funding submissions, grant writing, business case development, charity credentials presentations, corporate engagement packages, stakeholder management, workshops and internal and external communications.
Shannon provides professional, timely and flexible support to clients anywhere in Australia through virtual/remote services and job management. Shannon generally works on a retained basis directly with charity CEO’s or a nominated Executive or Senior Manager over a period of 3-6 months or longer. Shannon can attend face-to-face meetings or on-site workshops by mutual agreement.
Shannon is based in Melbourne, but regularly works with clients interstate.
